A 4,200 SF full-floor condo renovation in Ocean House in the South of 5th neighborhood on Miami Beach. The existing shotgun-style plan had the master bedroom facing east out towards the ocean, and the communal gathering spaces oriented west facing the sunset direction. This renovation swapped these positions, and revised all the engineering to accommodate the reversal.
