An 19,000 SF spec home designed by Marcio Kogan + Lair Reis (studio mk27) of Brazil and detailed / assembled by DVICE Architects. Landscape architecture by Raymond Jungles. A brilliant case study in board-formed concrete and slatted Brazilian teak cladding. The bedrooms are arranged linearly on the first floor, and all communal rooms are elevated on the 2nd floor for optimum water views – much like a tropical hotel. The levels are connected by a sinuous concrete ramp over a natural pool.
